The Great Commission
How does our church measure up concerning The Great Commission? Before Jesus ascended to heaven He told His apostles to be His witness starting in Jerusalem and extending to the ends of the earth. We are to reach out to the members of our community, but we aren’t to stop there. We are to reach out to other parts of the U.S. and then to other countries.

What a sight to see all the bright and beautiful colors of the beds, storage units, toys...everything is wonderful! I'm so glad that there were some people who were able to be there this past week to help Rachel finish getting the center ready to open today. You have been a blessing to her and to the children who are in the center right now as I type this message to you. I can just picture all of you getting the children ready to be at the center! Even though the children may be a bit frightened at first, they will feel God's love for them through all of you and they will adjust quickly when they begin to feel and understand that they are being loved and cared for. Oh how I wish I were there with you! Lois, Kim and Donnie...you have been so blessed by all that you have done for these children and I can't wait to hear all the stories and see all the pictures from this entire week! Have a safe trip home tomorrow. I love you...see you at the airport!!! Paula
